1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the School GEN platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

School GEN provides a multi-tenant B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for school management, including but not limited to student records, financial management, transportation tracking, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

Schools (Tenants) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. School GEN is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

The school retains all rights to the student and institutional data entered into the platform. School GEN acts as a data processor and will only use data as outlined in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the service.

5. Payment & Billing

Access to the platform is subject to the payment of subscription fees. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your school's environment as outlined in your license agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

School GEN is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
